The people need to contact their representatives and senators to voice their opinions regarding the negative development aspects of their constituent or their county. If those lawmakers cannot do their jobs vote them out to tell them election has consequences. Another thing they can do is to call their Superintendents and city mayors along with their representatives and senators to express their concerns. That is the kind of democracy we need in Liberia.
