I haven't heard this on Grey's Anatomy. Rather, I saw her several years ago in Phoenix at the Crescent Ballroom. She shared the bill with Missy Higgins and Butterfly Boucher. It was a fantastic show!

Fall 2013. I'm sitting on the coffee table in the living room of my parents' apartment and reading the episode descriptions on a Grey's Anatomy DVD. I'm looking for the episode we watched yesterday to find the next one that we need to watch. I set up the DVD recorder. My parents set up the dining table. We watch an episode like every evening. We'll watch another one after that because I try to convince my parents every time. We've long finished eating and I'm now sitting on the sofa. After the episode I try to figure out what music was playing. There's no Shazam or similar apps yet, I have to watch the episode several times to write down the lyrics and google it. I'm doing well. I don't know yet that my mother will die a few years later. I don't know yet that I won't finish school and become no neurosurgeon. I don't know yet that I'll become an artist instead until I have to look for a new job because of AI. I don't know my fiancé yet, I don't even know that I'm gay because I don't yet know that I'm a man and not a woman. I would give anything to be at that dinner table again. I want to be lost again just to be found again.

this song has a lot of Sergio Leone vibes and should be featured in a modern western when next one is made

Beautiful. I just recently discovered Katie thanks to a song that popped up in a KZbin Music random selection playlist. What an amazing artist. I don't understand how some of the truly talented and authentic artists don't get more recognition.

Such a beautiful song. I heard it in the film "My Salinger Year" which was also wonderful. Just what I needed to hear, thank you!
