I put a bit of pressure to right handlebar as just a press of a blunt push as it steers LEFT as vice versa on pressing palm on left handlebar to turn RIGHT. Its not a steering motion of your hands swiveling but a force of pressure at handlebar grip ends. The range of the steering is only 4 inches both sides as it is a boxed in turning. ALWAYS SLOW DOWN TO 2 TO 3 MPH on every turn, NEVER go too fast and brake too late as it will cause instability moment of possible crash. Also when Trike is turning with a bit of speed but not over 5 mph, lean body towards opposite ends of turning. The feel of Trikes is the same as a Stage Coach, exactly the same but with a motor wheel instead of the Horse ahead of you. Cant not ride over 20 ot 25 mph on rough bumpy roads, can damage too if not easing and pausing speed. I converted my Vevor MTB trike into a E Trike 1200 Watt, but the high watt is to carry heavy cargo over speed. Its not meant to ride over 25mph , even at 20mph.

the first time I rode a tricycle I was too afraid to touch the pedals so I tried pushing myself and eventually got yeeted off and hurt both my knees and hands. I had 15 stitches and the doctor prescribed me pain killers for several months. I later sued the manufacture

This video treats adults as though they are children that have never been taught to ride a bike. This is a great video if you want to be treated like an idiot. At 1:30 in the video it says "naturally t bikes are easier to remover"? WHAT!! Doesn't your computer voice know the word "maneuver"?

Am I the only one that would like to combine the traditional tryke with the T-bike? I think a quad bike would be cool -- and much more stable.

Vielen Dank der Nachfrage. Aber leider bieten wir keine Option an, dass eine Anhänger Kupplung nachgerüstet werden kann.

Pfautec e-tricycles are a little out of my price range and hard to find here in the United States, but now that I know how well they are made it has ruined all other e-tricycles on the market for me! Would Pfautec consider developing a velomobile? I think skinnier is key like the Veemo and the Pedalist, but with many of the luxuries of a car. It should NOT try to be a car though, which is what Pebl 2.0 and CityQ are unfortunately doing. Instead, the design could take a page out of the Carver or Helix Motor's cover motorcycle-like design but implement the modularity of the Jeep Wrangler (roll bars, soft/hard top, removable doors). Being able to strip it down to just the (full) frame and windshield in nice weather serves to reinstate a more bike-like appearance to enjoy it as the outdoor activity that it is, and it reduces the likelihood that you'll freak out pedestrians when you pass them! In addition to removable soft and hard top accessories, a light bar, rollbar padding, speakers, storage containers and cantinas that attach to the inside and/or outside of the rollbars, roof rack clamps, and a cargo basket for the roof could be made. A good mix of exterior ruggedness with the interior luxury and comfort of the Pebl 2.0 and CityQ velomobiles would hit that sweet spot. Bonus points if you get it to tilt like the Carver (see how the Pedillac and Wello velomobiles do it maybe). There could be a velomobile with two sets of pedals, but all existing velomobiles that I know of are either designed for exactly one rider, or one rider and one passenger. An area behind the rider that can fit a 6 year old or a child seat accessory - but is otherwise designed to take a backpack or grocery bag - and a trunk is more than enough added space for a single rider velomobile. Maybe design a back hatch that opens up as a canopy to combine the area behind the rider and the trunk to seat an adult passenger or two children - or a weeks worth of groceries! With an extended canopy design you have a light velomobile that is great for 1) a single rider and ample storage with the hatch-canopy up or down 2) a single rider, a child, and whatever bags can fit in the trunk, 3) a single rider and two kids with the back hatch opened as a canopy, 4) a single rider and an adult passenger with the back hatch opened as a canopy. In that design, carrying an adult passenger is viewed as a last-resort scenario, while a two-rider velomobile would fit the need for regular two-person rides.

This could probably be something that my son can do for a project during his engineering studies then... But Pfautec is definitely an inspiration!

An avid 2 wheeler, I wanted something to tow the dog in. Just got a trike today and the dog loved it.. but it took a while to feel safe. Like you say, I need to practice turns. I was able to make wide turns but it didn't feel safe.. yet. Thanks for the tips.

Tried mine for the first time today and I didn't feel safe either. I need to practice, especially the turns and riding on the street, where the side of the road wants to eat me alive.

Add an electric motor and EVERYONE including the handicapped can enjoy this Essential TOOL for today's lifestyles! My trike gave me FREEDOM. I can shop, visit friends, walk my dog, just about ANYTHING I want now. I couldnt walk before, but now I can FLY!!! LOL!!! No age limits, registrations, tests. It's just like a horse but you dont have to feed it. Everyone who doesnt need to travel more than 40 miles in one trip should seriously consider buying one of these. It is not a TOY, ir a HOBBY, A TRIKE IS ESSENTIAL! Try it you'll LOVE IT!
