The guy forgets to mention that the bin lorries empty the bins in front of that bacony at 06:30, 365 days a week. Buy the worse part is that the bedroom window (blind conveniently down in video) backs on to the road from hell, with bus stop by the apartment steps, petrol station motor bikes, lorries etc.

Way over-priced for a 1-bed appt imho. Was interested in buying one very similar, near Los Pocillos 10 years ago for just 98,000 Euros. Wish I had now - property market there has soared in that time.

Lovely property, set out really nice, and great location. But.... €160,000 for a one bedroom, €40,000 over priced, not wort it.....only worth as much as someone is prepared to pay, I'm sure giddy person will buy it. In the UK prices are being slashed. Lanzarote which was my home in 1980s are going up ?? 🤔🤔
