Hello Kenneth - Assuming I have understood what you are trying to achieve correctly, this is what I would suggest. The Simple CRM system in the demo already has linked folders per Contact for storing any related files. If you have an online storage application that you have linked into your Windows File Explorer (e.g. OneDrive, SharePoint or Dropbox - and maybe Google Drive, but I don't know on that), then you can set up the folders to be online. To use these folders to store voice messages and emails, you will need to be able to save files of them into those folders. I'm not familiar with those Google Apps, but if you were using Outlook for the gmail emails, for example, then you would be able to drag and drop (or right-click and save as) the emails into the appropriate Contact folders. Be aware that Microsoft will block the file because of the Macros - just right-click on Properties and click Unblock. I think this is a good foundation for our small business CRM.
