Sweet tooth's face has a bit of a jotaro josuke thing going on where what something that's supposed to be an accessory appears to be grafted on his head, like how josuke's hat seems to merge with his hair. Like the artist s couldn't decide on of this or that situation.

As we saw in TM2 Mortimer is someone that Calypso should fear, Mortimer also just wants to go back to being unalive, which is a gain for Calypso, screwing Mortimer over would also not be wise. So it's in Calypso's best interest to just grant his with with no gotchas. That's why he grants the wish without pulling anything on Mortimer.

It's dark yeah, but not even close. This doesn't compare to manhunt or even The punisher. But then again, the game we got is a heavily sensored version instead of the original ideas.

@@jonathanmaldonado2499yeah no, id say the top 2 darkest games on the ps2 or even of all time are manhunt and twisted metal black, hell a good chunk of david jaffee’s ideas were cut from the final version due to the age rating so it wouldn’t get a AO rating, meaning most American retailers, hell all American retailers couldnt sell it, meaning the games main/ 75% sales audience would never be able to play it. I think that might say enough.

You know had they made a sequel to Head-on, I'd say this ending could be used to set up the main plot. Kind of like how this Incognito's version of TM3, Head-On 2 would be their TM4. They can keep Needles/Sweet Tooth as the host, just now he's in Calypso's body.
