Interesting hearing the Greek interpretations. The Greeks valued knowledge, sciences, philosophy, art, the body. When I think of Hellenization of the land of Israel, the acceptance of the hellenistic worldview was already ingrained in the occupation of Israel before Jesus ministry. He was dealing with corrupt, successful Jewish leaders, teaching things not in the Torah, but when He taught the people truth, they recognized it, until they didn't. Man's ways vs God's ways. Every high-minded thing that comes against the knowledge of the God's principles, truth. Tzedek. Tzedakah, Micah 6:8, Justice, Justice you SHALL PURSUE, the heart of God towards the vulnerable, widows, orphans, the stranger, the foreigner, the poor (in spirit), the needy. Jesus encapsulated it in Matthew 25:35-46. Leviticus is full of the commandments how to care for the needy among us. I think the difference between Greek and Hebraic worldviews is simply, the Greek worldview leans towards narcissism, hedonism, self, and Hebraic leans towards God FIRST, serving, caring for others secondly, and denying self. Two opposing world views. With vast majority of people identifying as Christian, yet trusting in the worldly gods of self, mammon, hedonism, medicines, status, food, drugs, political messiahs, and unbelief, how do we call our own people to repentance? They are so locked in to the world systems? Each seeking man's ways to correct their health, their nation, their finances. Where is God in America? ➡️Samaritans Purse, Salvation Army, Gospel Missions. Christianity once started the hospitals, orphanages, universities. Make GOD GREAT in America Again. Matthew 25:35-46. It's not all about me, myself and I. It's about laying down self, serving others. Tzedakah, and tzedek glorifies GOD. Excellent teaching Pastor Vitale. More meat than 99% of pastors. Bad teaching. 1. I can’t stand it when these people say “Father God”. It is a heretical statement. 2. What does “In Christ” mean to these people? They leave out the name of power. Christ is NOT a last name, it is a title. It is the full title that tells Who Jesus is, and which one we are speaking with. 3. Jesus Christ IS God. Fully God, and Fully Human. He is the messiah, the Christ. He is the Logos, the Word of the Father. He incarnated into a man and became man, this fully God and Fully Human. 4. The Christian life, if you are “In Christ”, that is you participate in the life of Jesus Christ and you taste and see Him, is NEVER easy. It is not supposed to be easy, and cannot be easy because what you have signed up for is to accept and take up a Cross. The cross is difficult, just as it was for Jesus Christ. Sometimes, if you take it up properly, you can taste the resurrection while you are here, walking the earth. That is very infrequent because these days, most are too weak to acquire that type of reality.

@@DominionLifePortland Quoting the Bible? You have to understand the Trinity is Undivided and that Jesus Christ is God. HE is the Word of God (John 1:1). Yes, God is Father, Son and Holy Spirit, and undivided Trinity, but you err in the Trinitarian Division that you create with the teachings, therefore, you create a different God. Many people can quote the Bible. Jehovah's Witnesses quote the Bible. Without Church Tradition of what the Bible means, you end up with 60,000 denominations, and an infinite number of misinterpretations of the Bible. Jesus Christ is the only way to the Father. The way to be "In Christ", as He Himself states, is to participate in the Eucharist. "He who eats of my body, and drinks of my blood, I am in him, and he is in Me." That act places you in His Body (The Church), and then you are one with Him. And besides that, let me challenge you in deep love for Protestants or Post-Protestants, or even more likely, post-relativism Protestants, to a deeper question. One that led me to seek further into what the ancient teachings of the Church actually are: What is Salvation? What are we being Saved to? What are we being Saved from? What is the meaning of Salvation? I can tell you the answer, and I don't want to give it away until you have defined your response, not in a gotcha sort of manner, but rather because I am interested to see if you will engage. The Bible is a portion of Holy Church Tradition, but it is not everything, and I would say, you are on a path toward the true teachings, but you are slightly off which can easily lead people the wrong direction. (And has for centuries.) These teachings that you espouse are not new. They were already dealt with and condemned by the first two ecumenical councils.

Thank you! This is a very good question. What we see is that many people when they get symptoms, they are complacent and claim the symptoms. What we need to do is, as soon as you get a symptom, immediately start speaking to it and in Jesus name kick it out. Don't allow it to become part of you.
