To be very honest, no! But after you reach unbc, you can inquire about it through reaching the office of the registrar..

Hii, yes part time jobs are available for undergraduate and graduate both, and it's doesn't really matter if you stay on campus or off campus, the only pro which I think of living off campus is that it's easy to commute, either for your job, shopping, Healthcare etc.
