It depends on some factors: Ryu, Rei, Teepo have base 5% Crit chance, Garr has 8%, Momo is 0%, Nina/Peco have 3%. Hachio gives +3% Crit. Deadly Blade (Ryu only) gives +8%. Shadow Walk guarantees Crit (plus bonus). Aura is a double attack stat attack.

D'Lonzo isn't essential, but has good skills. I do recommend getting plenty of masters before power leveling so as to get their skills, especially Meryleep's skills. That said, Bring Nina to a volcano dungeon later in the game from where you're at. There are lava monsters there. Every time you use a fire attack on them, they'll absorb it and level up. Nina can make short work of them with Iceblast, but make sure everyone is fire resistant or absorbs as they can get crazy strong in no time. After having them absorb fire 10 or more times, finish them off and reap the rewards. Warning, being overleveled makes the game a joke!

There are a couple of ways... Goo enemies xp is multiplied when they're blinded. Learn the blind skill and you can get a decent chunk of xp in large battles. The thunder enemies get more powerful but also give better rewards when hit with lightning. The fields outside wyndia can have groups of 4 or 5... They could potentially get you a game over. But they can also drop over 300 xp per battle.

Yeah, 2 actually. One you can get in the Vidna fishing spot under items exchange after getting 50,000 points from fishing - the item is hidden and will not appear until you get 50, 000 points, and it doesn't matter where you fish. The second one you get after beating the master course in Sol. I read that you must beat Jette in the Absolute Fortress first before doing the master course, otherwise that item will be locked out of your game permanently.

You do not consume AP when you get an EX turn. You get an extra turn if you have twice the agility of the enemy. It definitely comes in handy!

Fast forwarding kinda kills the game cuz then I’m overpowered af for no reason by the first boss so I just toy with the game

For me, cause it's more nostalgia than anything, the best way to play is FF w the European version on an emulator. I mean I have the demo disk and the prima guide, I just wanted fun as easy as possible 25 years later.

It's difficult if you don't grind at all, but I love to grind!

An accessory called the "War God Icon." There are 2 available, one from fishing by trading 50,000 points at Vidna, and the other is a reward from the muscle dome after you defeat Jette. If you complete the course before you beat Jette, you can never get the second War God Icon.

I wasn't that far into the game at that point. I grinded for power waters in this dungeon until Noa had 999 ATK and she ended up at level 82 a few hundred hours later!

The grind is a pain, good thing that I love to grind! Your best bet to increasing stats is using items. There are ways of getting a good amount of each of them.

Yeah. That was my biggest issue. They were too predictable I really enjoyed the 1on1 fights here, one of my favorite parts of this game.
