A shame DLC or whatever wasn't possible or a thing way back. Would be nice to have more post-game stuff like bosses and dungeons that were super difficult to give reason to having the party's and summon's levels so high. By this point, the final boss Cort and the hidden superboss Lapis are a joke.

its funny, I did this at lvl 45 with not much effort and I was so worried about it, I just gave vahn and noa a couple of power elixirs each and attack 2x with their miracles, done, 10000/20000+, and if you go to bio castle first and get all the best armor, the damage is WAY less

I hope they'll continue for the sequel legend of legaia, to continue vahn, noa, and gala's journey in PS4-5. This game was in my memories forever. Sometimes i just listening the ost of this game just to remembering these day.

i remember you can one hit him with summon, it just that you have to ran away first then recover your mp then fight again. i forgot what summon it was.

On Duckstation emulator you can easily do this, I don't remember the exact menu but just activate the widescreen patches inside the configurations.

This was one of the tougher fights, you gotta keep whittling away his HP and as you do, you'll notice he starts to do less damage. One of my favorites for sure

Hardest boss when I was 13 was Balio and Sunder when they fused at the bridge. easist boss was Myria, she went down quick. For her my go to was Ryu, Rei and Momo as a young kid, I thought Teepo was a girl till the garden stage.

well me i played this game and challenge myself leveling to 99. no stats boosting, beating this boss at level 99 is a cake walk i dont even wear ra-seru equipment just 2nd best equips and pummeled it hard with miracle arts using war gon icons and warrior icons. hes down like 5 turns, its a fun challenge to me to beat this super boss.

I'm generally never over level 40 by end game. If I wanted to grind up to that level I would go in to the volcano and just boost lavamen until they give me a bunch of exp. The challenge monsters are only useful for the item drops they give

True. I have a tutorial of the lavaman leveling trick. The challenge monsters seem to be just that, simply a challenge. If you are able to beat them, the item drops become less useful because there aren't any enemies that are harder than them, including the end boss.

Guys I think I have an idea: When the remake comes out, how about a timer for each turn, as an ATB, during battles? And when someone blocks, it reduces the time for the one attacking, And using spirit can increase the time? Which engine would work with that?

yeah you can save and reload if you want to obtain it early but idk, it some attack serus in this game are quite useless and usually not worth the effort. the healing ones are super useful tho
