If there's one area that I have heightened my interest is Sustainable construction. The future solely relies on on sustainability interventions and real-estate development has been one area with immensely unexplored opportunity. If we start it from Policy level and incrementally harness the sustainability opportunities inherent, I see ourselves going far. What most developers and governments do not know is that when we holistically integrate economic, social and environmental sustainability together from the conception and design stage, we end up with more cheaper, healthier, safer, lovable environment.

Net freak007 only a fool like you can ever say that!you are talking about Tanzania the country you know nothing about. relating these kind of day dreams with Tanzania's real progressive development moves is a huge brain error. my advice is that a Kenyan government should fight corruption first than having foolish dreams like this one. remember what they did to your SGR project....yet the train is operating but with no Kenyan hands (all the money goes to other countries). Do not do the same mistakes again!!

I recently visited Konza and I can tell you am quit excited with the progress. Kenyatta adminstration is doing amazingly fantastic in implementing Kibaki policies and I pray to God Uhuru gets reelected coz I cannot imagine this idiot raila running this country.
