LG
Damn. That sounded like the begining cords in master

Man nothing was like seeing Zoetrope Live, Barry (drummer/singer) was one of the coolest guys on the scene. He was all about supporting the scene locally and abroad, Legendary show at the Aragon Brawlroom with Slayer ,the opening acts no matter who it was had it rough, Trouble was opening Hometown boys you'd think the crowd would be like yes Chicago getting the recognition it deserved, well the F.U's and stuff was flying at the stage, Barry being Barry stood up on his drums and was like WTF we all know each other wheres the respect etc. amongst few other choice words and then Trouble went on to do what they do best. Full respect for Barry that never should have happened to one of our own playing on that stage. Miss the old days. It was great.

Anyone else recognize that riff around 2:30? Sabbath or Mercyful Fate are coming to mind, but I can't quite place it

I came into the band as the song was being written and co-wrote lyrics with Juan Garcia. I can tell you that Melissa was a huge influence on the band at that exact time... but this was not purposeful . If anything it was subconsciously an influence.

Killer track, Zoetrope made this a metal shuffle with incredible groove. Imo, this band and this album in particular didn't get as much love as it deserved.
