Sir is it possible to make a video on notes timing symbols ( idk what its called) it'll be really helpful

@@abhijitkakoty4705 that is excellent. Keep it up. If you keep pushing that tempo up even 1bpm at a time you’ll have it up to speed in no time at all.

It’s in 7. It’s their 7th release (5 LPs, Salival, Opiate). There’s 7 songs on the album. 7/4 and 7/8 pop up in almost every song. 7 was definitely a thing

I believe a lot of tool is not based on time signatures ,i think only the fans try to make sense of pure wisdom from tool with time signatures ,danny carey doesn't need a fkn music sheet in front of him to play pneuma

Solution = Cordoba Stage! Ibanez has NO buisiness in the classical nylon arena! Trash!
@jasongultjaeff9397Ай бұрын
Still, all nylon classicals have actions you can park a bus under compared to shred type electrics. Perhaps some of it was just very different than what you were used to. Some of the rest sounds a bit like "built to a price point" in regards to the intonation and volume on the G string. Personally, I think for the price of these most people are better buying a guitar (even a hybrid nylon one) from a company that specialises in classical guitars, like Cordoba. I'm also fairly sure an expensive Godin won't have these issues. Disapointing of Ibanez for sure. Those D'Adario Pro-Arte hard tension are great strings though. If i bought on of these, I would change to those strings straight away. It needs them.
The real test is to get your hands on another one. Have you had a chance to compare since you’ve made this video?

That's a good point. I haven't unfortunately. I've had a mixed bag of comments on this video though.
@hamburger-n5pАй бұрын
@ haha I’m not surprised it got a mixed reception. I’m personally on the fence on getting one, and your video is the first I’ve come across that really has anything negative to say. Now I’m wondering if your experience is typical and others have been hiding that fact, or if you truly got a lemon.

I’ve heard the tod10n is made in 2 factories, one is noticeably better than the other. I’d imagine they started with 1 and decided to start producing it with 2 cause of demand. Basically a game of luck and quality control

Thanks for your video. Was thinking about another nylon string guitar.: might reserve judgement. For no:. Currently play a Camps FL-11c A/E, Cutaway from the company in Madrid, SP.. Hoping to find a nylon 7 string guitar soon. My 1992 Ibanez UV7 has been good since new for surf, R&R, etc…but now I’m attempting Flamenco. Looked at a Ibanez nylon string A/E today. Wasn’t 7 strings, so I’ll keep looking. Sorry you had the problem. I’d called or written the company in Japan.. They might have provided an inexpensive solution.

Bro more than the tabs you playing the song slow and showing us the technique is so helpful. If your videos ever get taken down cause of the tabs Just put them out without it, they will still be a good resource.
@josh_thatcher2 ай бұрын
Thanks very much bro. I'm always glad to get feedback that someone finds these videos useful. I did write the tab myself in hope that that will be reason not to get a copyright strike. But that's a good idea if it ever does get taken down. Happy practicing. 🔥

I cannot learn by counting at all... I have to just feel the music. With pneuma it definitely took a few listens, but now I can play along (relatively of course) just by hearing the underlying multi bar theme if you will... The odd stops just feel right when listening without counting

Ok I am a drummer and we have been trying to pick up the song with my band for the past few weeks. We have come to the conclusion that the only way to pick up this song as a band is to get the feel of the song not the counts. Also I think picking it up individually as a drummer and a bassist is tougher than as a band.

You've just copied what Adam Barrett did on his cover and tried to pass it off as your original thought 😂
@josh_thatcher3 ай бұрын
@@ChoobPremyum I had actually never seen Adam Barrett’s video until you just mentioned it. And after watching it I honestly can’t see how you’re making that connection. First of all he’s using a pick. Second of all he’s using a completely different tuning. Am I missing something?
@ChoobPremyum3 ай бұрын
@@josh_thatcher as a big Radiohead fan, guitar player and fan of his channel I've been searching for versions of this song for years. Nobody has played it even remotely close to his style and you just so happen to come to the same arrangement 2 days after his video 💀 all you've done is remove the need for the capo by tuning up the 2 high strings but everything else is exactly as he does. You've just decided to fingerpick it and call it a John Mayer style. Just own it and be honest 🤣
