Good day. Me to Beautiful Rain, also welding up materials for my gate. Then goat fencing the inside of the property and outside 4 rows barbed wire. After, that first thing 20x40 roof for shading, and keeping dry.. plus building a bathroom and bunk room for camping....😂 Then wait until the rain season passes. After that start building the Cabin. Being ,thoughtful. just an optional idea, turn off the idle control, with that it will be running at a full output. Cheers plus the gauge of the material let the machines cut with a slower hand. Less pressure and better performance. Cheers. I do enjoy Your time and this experience. 😊

I bought one for our mobile pizza kitchen but had to return the first one, think it was a bad CO sensor. On the replacement unit, I had to remove the battery from the CO sensor for it to even run. I run mine on Propane for a cleaner burn, less smell but lower watts when using propane. It sits in a gen box so I had to build an exhaust through the floor to the outside, and that was a pita since it was a tight area. I hope it lasts a while. GET THE 2-YEAR WARRANTY!! Harbor Freight will swap it out if you have terminal issues. I paid 400.00 for the warranty but imo worth it considering the replacement cost. Regarding the price, buying the tri-fuel generator is not a bad deal.

good deal, I think you will like the generator, same deal here took about 2-3 months for me to find a new on in stock, I ended up putting close to 1-1/2 quarts of oil in it, HB website has a start up kit with only 1 quart of oil so just double check your oil level after initial start up and first run.

@@ontimegeneralcontracting Great Thanks. Good info on the oil, others have noted the same, definitely more than the 1qt in the instruction manual. Generally a 500cc engine requires 1.12qts. Any other tips?

No, I used it to run the generator as you can see in a video also use my mig welder on it when building my drive gate and then hooked my travel trailer up to it and ran both AC units which was 50 Amps. All good so far I ended up putting about 1.4 quarts of oil total into it and running 89 octane.

@ontimegeneralcontracting
@ontimegeneralcontracting Ай бұрын
4 months old, the dealer I bought it from is Ocala tractor in Florida, they are sending me a new switch no questioned asked. There is a lot of tension on the harness pulling down on the back side of the switch so that is not helping either. I think what caused it, is that it 's cheap plastic and I am not fully pushing the switch in or down before turning it.

I live in Alpine CA. STRAIGHT BOONDOCKING ON A 1 ACRE PROPERTY. We do have a well, so water is no issue. Now it's currently 97° outside. I have a 30' 274RK Forest River. I have 2 Ryobi's generator inverters running in parallel. They run my 15K AC unit(soft start installed), 3 air circulating fans, 75" TV with soundbar with subwoofer, I have over 3,000 hrs on each generator. THESE JAPANESE RYOBI'S ARE BEAST PERIOD..... AND QUIET. But you have to stay on top of your gear.

I didn't know RYOBI made generators. I bought this one for my gate project and for a back up here on the property if we loose power. I watched another youtuber testing this unit I have and he powered a large house and shop with it which is why I made the purchase, only complaint is it is a little loud.

Wow, just picked up my 2024 Limited and had concerns about pulling my 27' Keystone 7500lb camper. Curious to know what your tongue weight is, mine is 1000 lbs so I'm guessing you are pushing 11-1200 on that? You say you carry at least 600 lbs in gear, are you not concerned at all about exceeding your payload rating? Tundras are pretty low at around 1400lbs, so I'm guessing you are above that by another 5 to 600 lbs. 75mph....you are a braver man than I....65mph is usually my max, yes it can pull it but can it stop it? Just like a train hard to stop. I did add Timbren's to support my weight as I knew I would also have sag. When I first saw your truck I thought you had a hood scoop but what exactly is that? Where did you pick up? Not trying to bust on you, just a concerned Tundra owner ;)
@ontimegeneralcontracting
@ontimegeneralcontracting Ай бұрын
tongue weight is 940 pounds on my coach and total gross weight is 9,280 pounds. GVW for my truck is 7,210 with TOTAL GVW 17,230 leaving me 10k total allowable towing and payload, so when I have gear in the bed I am right there. Payload for my truck is 1,730 pounds., older truck had around 1,400 payload. My truck is very stable @ 75mph because of my hitch and airbags. You should look up exactly what your trucks total gross allowable weight is to be sure.
