At 15:00 I think I lean towards x/jam turn also. He has to have a straight with higher fd for us to be in bad shape and even then we have some equity. We also deny equity from a hand like KQQxss or KJJxss. The problem I see with calling is we probably don’t make any money when we hit our hand as it likely goes x/x or donk/fold when we improve. We also allow ourselves to be bluffed sometimes on brick rivers when we just call. Not a great spot but I think you played it correctly.

LOL...I would challenge you...IF i had the money to play.I feel that 5 card is in general easier than 4 card - just playing it feels more "straight forward" - making big folds and less pure bluffs, at least before the river - maybe highstakes is different though - hate the extra variance of 5c and 4c is more interesting anyways - but still 5c >>> 6c

Yeah I probably fold in real life as well knowing there is a good chance I am putting it in behind. This particular instance is quite interesting with Sam being short. I think that increases the likelihood that yolof will monkey around more and try to isolate Sam. So I do think there is a small chance dirk is actually ahead. That coupled by the fact that he has %40 vs the nuts I think you gotta just close your eyes and stick it in. I don’t think I would have the balls to do it though lol.

Not in 5 card as far as I know, in this precise spot, it's pretty close. If my opponent is capable of turning his 8 into a bluff, it becomes a very tricky spot. In this hand raising on the flop to get it in might be a good option. Might be closer than I think though, hard to know for sure

in the hand at 4min mark the 3bettor had 19% equity 3way from sb that went to 49% when the btn folded to the 3bet, such an insane game haha
