I hadn’t looked into the 606 too much yet I’ll check it out! The SP’s are so addicting to use! Each one has its own unique thing about em I love. I’m gonna try to stick to uploading to new videos on Mondays! That way I’m not driving myself crazy the rest of the week thinking I need to film every beat I make

I love Adult Swim. I’ve been playing some shows lately and I’ve actually been using Adult Swim clips as samples for transitioning between my beats

I LOVE the og 404 compression, that’s what I tend to always use mine for. I love the filter on the 303 with a little resonance turned up, makes the sweeps sound real tasty. Check out Reverb.com, you can always find someone selling their used 404’s (that’s where I got mine). Just gotta find one at the right price haha

I‘ll see what I can do on some new beats for sure! I really wanna experiment more with the Microfreak and see what it can really do. But I wanted to keep this one open and simple for some homies to rap on.

I can break it down for ya! I use the SP404mk2 as the brain of my set up. I chop up samples and make beats with the mk2. Once the beats I made, I have the audio chained into the OG SP404 for vinyl sim compression and various 1 shots I made. Then that audio goes into the SP303 which I use for other various effects. That audio then runs into a 16 channel mixer (not shown in the video) which is then running into my audio interface to get to my laptop, to add some EQing and compression to the final mix of the beat! I also have a Roland Juno DS synth and a arturia microfreak that I have routed into my 16 channel mixer to add extra synth layers later after everything is in FL Studio
