Elliot, I must say I have been in the industry for close to 20 yrs. Your videos remind me of how important the superintendent is to us. Love all the videos. If you’re ever out in Southern California please let me know. Would love to buy you a coffee or something. Thanks again, brother.

Avg overall salary for an outside sales rep at United or Hertz rental is $85k annually. And you will earn every bit of this. You will be stressed to the max and your budget will only increase. Your manager will be on you and drive you nuts. You will be burned out in three years. This is why these positions are never career long.

You just did a zoom sales training for a company I work for in central coast California. Forgot to ask a quick question. I wasn't given a book of business. I was hired to get new accounts. Do you know what a realistic monthly quota should be for acquiring new accounts that make rentals? I have no resource to find this information as I've looked and it's not something the boss seems to want to share. Great class we share a similar story🤟🏻

Thank you for posting! I’m glad i’ve found your channel. I’m 24 with a family that is eager and hungry to learn about what it takes to be the best in the industry. I fully believe this is my calling given my background in sales and construction! Just haven’t done both…. yet :)

I’m reaching out. I’ll take whatever info you have on the rental sales rep. I’m not new to it but have been out for several years. Having trouble organizing my week, keeping track of customers. I really enjoy your talks, instead of my lifting music today I was being jacked up by your talks. Thanks

I live in central coast California as a new account manager for a medium sized equipment rental company that has eight locations. I'm having trouble nailing the big fish because we don't have enough big equipment but the little fish just want small things like light towers . Any suggestions or strategies you could toss a rookies way?
