I agree. It looks a lot better in person too. Gonna be alternating between this and the Haus pad for a while. Both of the have that Hien feel to them with the Tang DAO being closer. But Nether one of them have the high sandpaper feel.

Have you tried checking the Sensor Lens and making sure it is clean. If it is dirty it will cause tracking issues. If you have to clean it just use a cotton swab and some Eye Glasses cleaner sprayed on the swap and wipe it out. A lot of stuff like threads and dust like to build up over time in that little hole. Otherwise you have a faulty PCB or the cable is screwing up. Xtrfy Usually does a good job at RMA if you can show them something is wrong. Cheers and hope it's something simple like the sensor lens.

@@Jaowisnzera but yes there is a slight difference in X/Y. Up and down is going to be faster than left to right. Left to right is ever so slightly for controlled because of the lines on the pad going straight up and down. The Asuka is a Saturn Pad but will be faster because of the print. But not that much faster. It's still a control pad.

Yes they are smooth. But they are optical switches so they are going to have a heftier click to them.

@clive0494 haha not sure on that one to be honest. I've never tried lube on mouse switches. Might have to do that though. I would think any good mechanical keyboard switch lube would be good though.

Only difference with the pro and the regular Neptune is going to be the base. The Pro comes in Soft and Extra Soft. Which gives the pad extra control because of the ability to press in further into the mat. The surfaces are the same.

Hi, I will sure work on that volume for ya. It's pretty loud on my side though. Thanks for letting me know. Also, I can confirm that the base of the Asuka Japanese foam base is going to be between the Saturn soft and a regular Saturn base So it's going to be a little firmer than the Saturn soft. It's just a small minor step up from say a rubber base padding feel. It's better than a rubber base for sure. Also I envy you on getting the desk size mat. I should have went with it to begin with.

Thank you Oli. Yes it's been out for around a little less than a month. Pretty sure I'm the first on KZbin. And it is quite a good pad so far. Of course gotta test in-game, but I can tell it's not gonna let me down. I think with the ink it feels really dang close to Neptune. But we will see.

Also one thing is think I should have mentioned in the video...it is black of course, so it will show noticeable lint and everyday dirt spots. I'm a smoker, so ashes always seem to make their way onto my pad. Lol. But a good micro fiber towel close by works wonders.

@@emiil1x man I really need to order that artisan Hayate Otsu pad. I've never owned that one. But I would venture to say it's slower than the Otsu. I've only owned the hien, and the zero. And the hein is faster than the Neptune and rougher. Tell me some pads you have owned yourself? Have you ever owned the Logitech G640? The glide is like that pad imo, except there is more squish of course. And the Neptune has stitching. Way better than the G640 though quality wise.

@em1l480 Faster and smoother than Otsu. More similar to the Raiden than anything. However, Neptune Pro has a decent bit of stopping power compared to its glide speed like the Otsu. That's from Lethal himself.

Yea it's a tough pad. But they have made new ones since I've made this video. I haven't used those unfortunately.

Sorry to hear. You could just get another cable and watch my cable mod vid. Or, just go for the wireless version. I still like wired myself. It's crazy though that some are still having this issue. Dang good mouse though. I've never seen another mouse that implements the Kailh GM 8.0 switches with so much premium feel.

It's quiet a good pad. The art is very nice to have on my desk. Only gripe I have is I think the company lethal used could have done a touch better on the tightening up of the stitching to the threading to pull it tighter so I don't see white spots around the edge stitching. But that's a minor imperfection. But at the same time, I know these pads are 54.99 plus shipping, so I know some that will be that technical with it. Thanks for watching and commenting brother. The crucible is way faster than the Zowie GSR2. The Crucible is pretty much a between fast and control.

It's deff a good all around pad. Kinda touches on all sense settings.

Yea it works still. Haven't used it in quiet sometime now though. Moved on to other testing mice.

But I'm just disappointed in not having growth. I spend hours and hours on X liking and supporting and my channel just isn't going anywhere. And the on top of that I get random people that drop in on a small channel, leave a thumbs down and no comment as to why? I mean I have over 1300 followers on X and I have 44 views. Dropped this yesterday morning. I should be well over 100 views by now. Anywayssss Anyways, back to tha Crucible, yes it truly is an awesome pad, and awesome peice of art too. Those guys really out do themselves everytime they touch a pad. Kinda like pad genies. 😂

I like to edit, shoot video, speak about the gears I used and most of all I love gaming and this where I spend most of my time. When I finish a video, I am happy and the rest is only a bonus.
