Hi, its been a very long time since the Swap, I dont remember anymore what exactly I did. Mine already was an injection model so I adaptet some parts of the cables, the gearbox I think fittet without Problems from the Original engine, so did the driveshaft aswell. In your case with a carburador E30, maybe you must fit some wires to the Speedo. In any case it's nothing dificult, take your time and it will Work. For the electronics I think you can find diagramms online.(battery D+, and some other important wires) ahh and I just remember that I changed the oilpan because the e36 oilpan didnt fit, but you can simply Put an m40 oilpan.

I don't have it but I want to have. My researches: - 250ccm is propably limitation for this frame (open frame (loop?) under engine - gasoline demand is ca. 3 litres in mixed road (on road long travels can be 2,7l) per 100 kilometres so only slightly more than 125ccm in the same weight of bike - minimum 22hp - lack of dedicated tuning parts BUT this model was sold in North and South America, Europe, Asia and Australia so in the Web is bunch of sites and forums dedicated for this model (even German ".de" sites are mainly in english) In my opinion the worst limitation is 16 inch rear wheel so it is hard to find cheap and good tires

Hi, the gearbox is the normal 5 gear. maybe its a bit longer bacuse it´s an ecotec ( z13 DTE) But i thing in any way the gearbox of the 95ps corsa D will have a logner ratio as the 70ps corsa C.

@@mtx80cr80 ahh you're right it would make sense, I would have thought they'd be the same as the engine are both physically identical, Z13DTJ and Z13DTE , only difference is in the turbo and ECU tune But this is good news, maybe I can get a gearbox from Corsa D for the long ratios ! Unfortunately, I can't say whether the engine is good, because I haven't used the engine since the video, but I turned it on every now and then, it always starts immediately. Even 5 years later, the engine starts immediately. But as I said, I don't know if it's otherwise good because it never ran for long.

Hello, Sorry its long ago now, i dont remember well how i did this, and i dont have the car anymore. But i think i used the ECU form the e36IS engine, without EWS ( immobilizer) then you must adapt some cables for the Rev,D+ Battery, Oil, Water indicators in the instrument .
