I have a question about my dentist office services. I am retired and got some dental insurance to get some teeth fixed and I went to the same dentist for years but now I have to go to a PPO. They did a lot of ex rays and made me an appointment to get started and found one of my teeth couldn’t be filled and I needed it pulled and a bridge. So the dentist that started the work left and some other lady that was using the water and suction took over and I had know idea of her qualifications but I was there 3 hours and 40 minutes it was just weird to me the the dentist left without telling who was taking over and there specialty. Why don’t these people have to explain who and what there qualifications are.

If they can help you better understand what is going on then you know you'll likely be ok. If they do not help you better understand what is going on then you might want to find a new dentist office.

Great question! There is a lot involved with that question and hard to give you an appropriate response without having all the data. Ideally, we strive to preserve the boney structure of the jaw as long a we can to be able to replace the missing teeth with dental implants and implant crowns at the appropriate age (when growth is thought to have stopped). There are a variety of temporary or transitional restoration options that help protect and preserve the boney area while waiting for growth to complete and provide nice looking teeth the interim time.

We don't know of any. Usually the software company will provide some training. There are also many videos online that provide insight on how to fabricate surgical guides.

I'll usually air abrade the surface and the use optibond primer followed with a opaquing flowable composite.

Hi, thank you for good video to learn. I was trying to figure out how you get the opened bite and I noticed by people comments and you used leaf gauge for the bite. I just got hired from doctor and he is asking me to print the night guard, but I have no idea. I will try to follow your video to print. i think its too thin and will break open in the 17-27 if the patient is a bruxist (that we commonly make those for them) i do them at least 2.5 to 3.5mm in the weakest point , depended from the mouth

Sorry I'm confused. Why do you need a verification jig. Can't you just polymerization the resin between copings intraorally then you don't need verification

That doesn't work. The acrylic shrinks overtime and thus it cannot act like a verification jig any longer as it will not longer be accurate.

The yellow PVS is a heavy body consistency, and the reddish color material is an injectable consistency.
