Love that rendition of classical German literature. Currently in the midst of researching for a documentary about a German rap artist I liked, and he actually performed this song in German when he was close your age. It's funny though, right? Wedekind's "Frühlingserwachen" turned into an American Rockmusical and then translated back into German.

Absolutely loved the idea with door choreography, but laughed out loud at the end at stage adjustment in character. You know, some maniacs take locks of hair from their victims, some take personal items, but JD... he took the whole room closet.

Great performance! Only problem that I found was JD having his back to the audience a lot. The audience needs to see your face expressions, especially if you are singing a very dramatic part

thank you so much! nailing the energy was one of the things I stressed a lot while practicing. I was really trying to find a good balance between being convincing and being insane, and I think I got it 😅

@Jack Cipriani that was you preforming it!? You did PHENOMENAL!!!!! (Other then broadway) I have never heard a JD be so aggressive toward it. And that's exactly JD's character, he is psychotic right. You portrayed him PERFECTLY. I was so suprised to FINALLY hear someone nail it. If Broadway is something you'd love to pursue in the future, you definitely have the passion. Amazing work!
