How the hell did Jon Thompson go from skinny Irishman to bloated Mexican so quickly? He has betrayed his people. But at least this will make his crossing into the U.S. easier and faster.

I did the same thing. I come from a family of athletes and I just believe I’m a born runner but I’ve never ran. I started arguing with this guy that I believed I could run a sub 4 min mile if I dedicated years to it. ( which I still believe) so we went out to the track to test my 400m time. I haven’t ran in over 10 years and even then I never ran in general. I ran a 1:09 400m but I destroyed my legs and had to walk the last 10m. I truly believed I’d run a sub 1minute with zero experience being completely out of shape. If your not conditioned running will mess you up. I didn’t injure anything but my legs were so sore. for like 5 days I barley could walk up the stairs lol.

KZbinrs don’t realize you can’t just make live videos and let that be your source of income ….if your want to grow , you need to make high quality videos , not live , but videos and high quality and good thumbnails. It’s amazing how all the arm-wrestlers are so bad at this and don’t understand….its why their accounts have such low viewers , their not reaching the masses because of their poor content and lack of effort . Aussie arm-wrestler just thinks if I do lives constantly I will be huge ….meanwhile he is barely getting 100 viewers for His lives . It’s because you need to grow your channel first by making high quality videos that go viral and build your viewer count up first …..live shows won’t grow your channel for shit. Focus on making good quality videos and then your channel will grow , stop just doing live broadcasts…..

Armwrestling Whisperer does the more Mainstream style, but that is not the average armwrestling fans cup of tea.

Ive been waiting to see Lachlan take down some high level opponents but I have a hard time seeing him beat Paul Linn. Paul pulled extremely well against Irakli and Sasho so unless hes not as strong as then, or injured or something else I have a hard time seeing Lachlan beat him. Paul is an absolute beast and has one heck of a top end.

Strongman = Superheavyweights Powerlifters = 115KG/105KG Rock Climbers/MMA Fighters/Boxers = 75KG/85KG/95KG I think this is how different athletes would fit into armwrestling classes ofc there will be some exceptions depending on frame, height and weight.
