The Honda uses a code . Toyota don’t use a code .

Had my 2014 turbo changed at a shop now since it was put on my car dont act right at all. When you stop at red light it s like it has vac leak it wants to die same in rev and its a mess. Would you know whats wrong. My car never did this before turbo was changed

All you can do is check all the lines and clamps make sure everything is tight and connected or take it back the the shop that done the repairs

I think the valve is not a piston ring or hole in the piston.

@275stratos I have 2 of the 2015 q7 with cylinder 6 misfires, it happens that valve not seated, with leak down test you can hear air coming from intake pot

Did this and everything engaged fine. Relay, fans, and compressor. I changed the ac pressure switch and recharged the system. Still not cold

Oh wait.. I just saw the part about the PB blaster. That was my first thought, but wasn't sure if I should do that. Honestly, f*** it. I'm gonna spray that sucker for now and hope for the best.. at the very least I can buy myself some time.

Definitely need to see what the fuel pressure is doing before buying anything, or just swing for the fence and hope it fixes it .

I found your video very helpful except one part. You mentioned taking the little roller sleeve thing That it rides in Out and inspecting it and I cannot seem to get it out it's only slides so far back and forth.

You know that brass clamp that you undo that goes to the turbo to the manifold. Do you have to rip out the piece that that clamp connects those two pieces?

Changed my battery and afterwards the head unit wont get past the same screen. Drove around for about a month with no radio. One day it just started working. No idea what changed. Maybe a bump in the road put something back in its place 🤣🤣

Well everything was going ok till you said transmission transaxle i just take it to mechanic for 80 bucks labor is not bad and if you dont mind me asking why you replacing turbo

It dont need dielectric grease 13- 15 lbs put some anti seize on the treads just a little not much.

Thank you bro. I immediately bought my kit for the same model. Cars been rumbling and everything. Never got a tune up for it, got it from an auction 6 months ago where it was sitting for a couple years or so. Very good car to last this long at 203,000 miles. Again, thank you! Also. Is this what a Basic Tune Up would be called?

That and a air filter and fuel filter . Might check to see if your timing belt has been done .

@@275stratos Excellent, got all I need for maintenance on my list. Been getting the air filter changed, but not sure about fuel filter. That's pretty simple. Spark plugs, Coils, Fuel and Air filters, Timing Belt(I thought 2013 used Timing chain?) and probably my anti-freeze replacement. Thanks!

If it’s a max 2014-2017 it’s a Timing belt . I wouldn’t do the coils unless you have a bad one.

@@275stratos I believe I do. Why not do the coils? I ordered them already, so I figure I may as well. It was sitting a long time. It's a 2013 Acura RDX btw. I looked it up, it's definitely a timing belt. I wish it was the chain. I really appreciate your responses.

I have a 2013 Tundra with the 5.7 v8 it started to make a noise by the driver side sounds like the timing chain tensioner is gone. I have seen many others with the same noise on the 5.7

Bolts for drain line different length. Shorter go into turbo, longer into block. Otherwise it will leak oil. Lesson learned.

Yes you can leave that back subframe in . Will need a engine support bar

Yes that is correct . You will have to twist the transmission to get it out . Removing that subframe would make it really easy but it’s more work.

The new fuel feed tube had a loctite thread paste to prevent any fuel leaks. And also the flange bolts are torque to yield so they must be replaced when changing the high psi pump.

So you had 12 volts and ground now you don’t. ? Check the fuse and relay . If all this checks good You will need to get a wiring diagram.
