2:12 are these blades geared differently. Looks like the Isis blade is geared lighter than the london blades. All 3 of those london blades are geared heavier than the Isis blade

Unlike the boys at Cal, 3/4 of the Thames boat were working 40-65+ hours a week while also trying to juggle 1-2 sessions a day alongside their full time jobs.
