السلام عليكم الاستاذ هشام و شكرا على الڤيديوهات التي بتنشرها. اخي عملت اليوم نفس العمل اللي عملت في هذا الڤيديو و كل العملية كملتها حتى الاخير،ارجعت كل شيء على ما كان عليه و في الاخير المفتاح القديم اشتغل ١٠٠٪ و الجديد بس بيعمل ستارت(start) للموتور عند تقريبه للمقود والريموت للفتح و الاغلاق وكي ليس (keyless)ما يعمل. مع العلم ،2 مفتاحين اوريجينال جددتهم ب (keytool max) هل لديك فكرة وبارك الله فيك

@ بارك الله فيك اخي عن جوابك السريع،لقد تأكدت من ذلك ،والمشكل كان والله اعلم من ملفات التجديد من (vvdi) ليست جيدة ل (434) لقد وجدت الكثير يعانون من نفس المشكل اذا تم تجديد المفتاح ب آلة (vvdi) وخاصة مفاتيح (Bmw 434).

@ اخي هشام بالله عليك لا تبخل علي بمعلومة او ارشاد،اليوم رن على صاحب السيارة انها لا يشتغل فيها ولا شيء من الداخل بس ممكن تفتح وتغلق الابواب و تعمل مارش للموتور،بارك الله فيك

You do good jobs. But here you never covered transferring the original calibration data (flow characteristics) from the old unit to the new unit. This is normally done with a diagnostic tool when fitting new electrical plate. Otherwise gear shifts won't be 100%.

@@heshamessam8042 Yes. You should transfer the calibration data from the original to the used unit. The calibration data is for the hydraulics in the valve body. Most diagnostic tools like Autel will read and write it for you.

@@heshamessam8042 On DAS or xentry if you have TCU fault the tool will automatically read and store on the laptop the calibration data. It then prompt you to change unit. Then when you do initial startup it will write the calibration data to your new unit. With a tool like Autel if you go into adaptations you can read the data anytime and store on tool. You can then write anytime to your donor unit. The calibration data saved is hydraulic flow data and normal clutch adaptation data.

Read eeprom, put into service mode and writeto 24c64 whilst cluster isnt powered up. Start up cluster and write back ori eeprom with clip. Then you can read and wirte immodata

I’m working in a VW Touareg 2008 Micronas dashboard is exactly the same at your video, the thing is I read with mini prog the xhorse pen & I got the key slots so I clone one but when I install the dashboard back in to the car doesn’t runs :/

W210 is one of the toughest EIS to program that requires the EIS to be removed. This is a great experiment. Im not very comfortable when the wires created are not snug. I think CGMB should put out some extension wires like OBDStar bench wires to help. Luckily w210 EIS is not hard to remove if it is sedan. I bought a w210 from a customer who was tired to make the key nd the car had other problems. Im slowly restoring it to keep but that is mechanic work now. We prefer electronic

@ you are absolutely right. You know i do not know if you use vvdi mb and key tool plus a lot but my experience for all keys lost by obd with mercedes benz has been bad with vvdi mb and key tool plus. Im508 is my preference for all keys lost by obd on Benz. I usually get the password between 6 - 20mn on the field using my woman hotspot internet; w211 gives me a hard time; i have waited up to 120mn to get the password (04 E320) & failure at 130mn on 06 E350 w211 then the next day it was 18mn. But vvdi mb failed in spite of the fact that I had 1 year free token with vvdi mb; i was never able to get a single password in all keys lost by obd. Sad. Felt like i wasted money in that tool but im still testing it and comparing it with my other tools performance. I just bought CG pro and CG 100X. Training & testing time now

Thanks for your video. Are you able to renew the key using CGDI in the software? I made an all keys lost self training key for w210 today. I have other EIS. I would like to renew the key (make it virgin again) and reuse it to make all keys lost on w211 EIS now but I could not find this feature in CGMB. With Autel very easy 20second process BUT cgdi i DONT KNOW

hello. so to prevent this problem. when working on ISTAP it is just better to remove cas and add key on bench without downgrading the cas, if possible. For example, reading the cas with vvdi prog, save it and then use vvdi2 to load the file and make the key using the option "file make key"; is that correct?

@ i have had one bad story with istap and since then i do all on bench with acdp but for the first time i have a job on istap and proximity key (never did before). bmw e93. The most important things i think will be do on bench and add proximity at 1 or 2 position making sure that i dont overwrite the existing key. Thanks for your great video and your prompt reply. You are one of the rare people to know so much but still care about replying even for videos posted long time ago. Be blessed
