I purchased the CT11s model two days ago (Jan. 9th) from Amazon. The product information section states that the CT11s has a lifetime warranty. The CT11 product information section lists the warranty as 1 year. That was the only factor which led me to purchase that particular model. If the information is wrong, someone from the company should speak with Amazon and get the CT11 warranty listing corrected.

What’s the difference between CT11 and CT11s?

I had the same question, I think the CT11 has a larger diameter than the the CT11s. I’m 5’5, just bought the CT11s for my mom, who’s 5’1. It’s perfect for her, but it did feel a bit too small for me. If I were to buy it for myself, I’d probably get the CT11.

Hello! I just purchased the 206s series and after I assembled according to the instructions in the manual, when I attempted to use it, I didn’t feel any resistance even when adjusting resistance knob. Please advise!

I'm having the same problem, moving the setting from 1 to 16 doesn't increase the drag at all. I've searched the internet for days, but there is only information on the more expensive ($2000) rowers.

Weird right, you have to take out the shell to clean and maintain it
