Unblocking the hole does nothing. It's like the hole or the channel is too small and the water surface tension stops it draining. The real solution is to buy Zanussi or Whirlpool

Can someone advise if the grill part of the oven should be on while in the cleaning cycle. My oven was repaired by AEG and the repairer said it was to ensure the oven became sufficiently hot. I'm not convinced as I've never noticed it being on before the repair.

I have an AEG Microwave Combo...the glass panel always fogs up and since it is a sealed unit...I can never clean in between the glass panels...when I asked the company where I bought it from they told me they cannot do anything about it....they knew this would happen but never told me about it when I was purchasing it....poor design

If this doesn't help anyone, the issue could be that your machine does not get access to water. Make sure the water tap for the dishwasher is on, in nordic kitchen it's usually a small tap on the sink.

Bought brand new hob and hood recently. The hood is known as silent tech yet makes noise like a jet engine. The hob to hood feature doesn’t work and had AEG engineer come round only to say both my cooker and hood are not compatible when it clearly is.🤷🏻 Now that he has left, my cooker has stopped working. No heat on induction…. It’s under warranty but I feel I’ll be wasting my time with these incompetent muppets. Customer service on the phone however is good.

The top underside of the "dispenser housing" is most difficult to clean. I used an old toothbrush but still hard with all the ridges and how far back the mold is. I wonder if many people look up and clean there.

Tbh we got an AEG dishwasher with our new kitchen. What a downgrade from Miele in our old kitchen. AEG dishwashers are crap. We are going to buy a Miele again and the AEG dishwasher gets the place where it belongs at the landfill.

How to solve a unbalanced spin?

I’ve recent installed both hood and cooler. Paid almost £900 for the hood alone. It’s called silent tech, yet makes more noise and doesn’t extract compared to my previous hood which was £50. However, I’ve now been in touch with AEG customer service and they’ve arranged for an engineer to visit. So far can’t fault customer service for their quick response. Let’s see what the outcome is after their visit…..
