Jen, I've loved Steven Pressfield since War of Art some 15-20 years ago. And about the Muse, a more recent book I keep going back to is Big Magic, by Elizabeth Gilbert, who goes deep into how ideas have a life of themselves, and how we should acknowledge an idea and serve it, or else it will find another home... there's a great story of how Ruth Stone would run home to write down a poem when she felt it coming her way... you probably already read Big Magic, but if you didn't, you should!

Great interview Jen! I am so happy you got to meet & interview the man who inspired your keynote speech. My favorite quote from him is "start before you're ready... don't prepare begin". His wirds influencing you, your words nfluenced me and now I share this quote with my clients. He has no idea how his teaching have trickled down to reach so many people. I love his humility and genuine spirit.

Amazing episode! Connection is definitely missing in the coaching space. As a client and new coach I see that first hand. The turnaround to get a response as a client is just way too long. Smh.
