Your decision should primarily be based on your budget, the features that are important to you, and the size of your laptop. I highly recommend trying the bag in person at the store and exploring the various colors available.

Hi my friend! Yes, the Brace X3 featured in my video is the M size. The Brace X2 is larger, but it lacks some of the features I discussed in the video.

Unfortunately we have had two bad experiences with the Brace Brace Brace from Crumpler. The 100% synthetic material means the waxed finish can't be absorbed and it just sits on the fabric until it flakes away or rubs off. Fjallraven got around this by having a synthetic and cotton mix. Amazing video though!

I have always loved crumpler and sad they're gone here in the US. YT algorithm made me check out this bag but I cannot see it. There's only Brace (1x) and Brace Brace (2x). I believe there's no Brace (3x)? Either way, I am looking to get this bag!

While I'm not affiliated with Crumpler, I did check the US website and noticed that the product offerings are quite similar to those on the Malaysian site, suggesting that the US market is likely managed by Crumpler Australia. The Brace Brace Brace should become available there in the future. However, if you're planning a trip to Australia, Singapore, or Malaysia, you could definitely pick up the bag at any local Crumpler store.

@@heymisspuffie i actually checked the dimensions on the site and seems like the Brace (2x) is larger than the 3x (which I find weird). I changed the country to SG and I saw the Brace 3x in a single color only. I agree that the colorway for the 3x is limited but I might go for the 2x! Thanks for sharing your views

Big fan of crumpler, but it's one of those solid quality but not very mainstream-popular brand nowadays, especially after being taken over. This Brace series is almost identical to the Chronicler series, but has a fabric bottom rather than the waterproof bottom made of a tarpaulin like material which cracks and flakes off over time. I like the all fabric/cordura design, as this eliminates any possibilities of the waterproof material flaking off over time
