I bought a roll of flex wrap paid over 200 dollars for it and hardly used much and it deteriorated. Definitely not worth the money

Correct. But, you will also need a rain screen wrap on top of the Tyvek. Good luck!

@@sherwinloudermilk4456 and building paper - stucco (traditional not EIFS) needs something to bond to - tyvek doesn't bond.

best to use two layers of BP everywhere or multiple materials tyvek taped everywhere and then BP where you have stucco.

I think you could avoid two layers of flex wrap on the sides by cutting the wrap back a couple inches and then applying the flex wrap. You would get adhesion between the sheathing and the window, and the sheathing and the wrap. One piece for two purposes.

I'm looking for a Mansion as we speak and this irritates me when I see homes and no information, no.prives, no pictures, I don't waste my time. I quickly click off their site..and look else where Some realtors are not qualified to sale homes and it shows.

House design is superb but it doesn’t look to have a big outdoor space for inside out living I love Loudermilk designs and because they are so great it doesn’t always seem like the outdoors match it’s greatness

Hello Kelly. Thanks for the reply and thanks for bringing your comment to our attention. This home in Cedar Hill is actually on 22 acres. We will be working on the landscape plans next, but there is a fair amount of exterior living space off of both covered porches.
