What kind of soil do I need? What kind of fruit can we grow here
@ShereeSchattenmann25 күн бұрын
@@travel4all968 You don’t need soil to grow indoors. Not sure the soil type matters. I just use regular potting soil. And I grow in hydroponics systems-like aero garden. You can check the MN Ag extension office to see what fruit grows outdoors on your zone-location in Minnesota.
@travel4all96825 күн бұрын
I'm in MN where do I buy the indoor growing stuff?
@ShereeSchattenmann25 күн бұрын
@@travel4all968 I bought everything online. There might be local places to buy now though depending on where in MN you live. Do a search. Might not be out in stores this time of year though so it might be easier for you to search online.

I have a load of Stretch and Sew patterns.that were my mom's. She said she took classes when Ann Person was in Minnesota. That's why she had so many of the patterns. She has patterns stamped with Stretch and Sew Fabric stores located in Bloomington, New Hope and.Plymouth. So it must have been a popular chain in the Twin Cities back in the day.... I have the first 2 patterns you shared.So I should try and sew along with you. One thing i've been unsure about using them is whether there is anything I need to adjust for using modern knit fabric.

Yes, I feel like someone mentioned Minnesota in the vlogmas video. I’ve been doing some research and look forward to talking more in another video. I pulled some more awesome patterns, too!

Hi Sheree! Love that fabric with the red and white flowers. Is the background black or navy? I can't tell. I think it will look great in the pattern you picked. That multi colored fabric from FabricMart is super cute, too. The green with flowers... very elegant. Great choices! I have an old Stretch and Sew pattern that I used to make undies for my girls!
@ShereeSchattenmann26 күн бұрын
Hi. It’s a black background. Yes, I have some really cute kids patterns from them.

I got married in 1980 and at least the ruffle dress was very common then. It was pretty but I guess is not so popular now. Love your interesting videos.
@ShereeSchattenmann26 күн бұрын
Yes, I was 9 in 1980. ❤️ But women in my family and neighborhood and teachers at school were great dresses! Teachers used to dress up back them. I remember my favorite teachers always wore dresses, stockings and pumps/heels and I always wanted to dress like them. 😃❤️
@moniquedawn525225 күн бұрын
@@ShereeSchattenmann YES! me too! I was 9 going on 10 in 1980 and that is how I remember people dressing too! Love it! I have some Stretch-n-Sew like 1080 trench coat, which I am not going to use a knit, but probably a woven with "some" stretch like 25% which is recommended. We'll see how that turns out, lol
