What a joke. Ignore the bad comments and reviews, just like you ignore your backers that are asking legitimate questions. Years of proofreading and you still send out the Book of Adventures with errors and misprints. And then when it's pointed out and people ask for replacements, refunds, or information in general we get ignored. And ignored. And ignored. For months. That's why people are giving you the negative ratings. Fix your customer service and deal with the issues that backers are asking you deal with. That's where the negativity towards you and your company come from. You're the one making this worse.

Shame... what a disgraceful company. Never trusting a funding from them ever again. Not a single explanation to where is the game we ordered 3 years ago for more than 2 months now when there is people BUYING the game PHYSICALLY in stores already.

Okay, let's take a quick look back at the Brazilian version. - On March 3, 2023, Update #48, I commented, bringing information that had been given to me by Conclave, that Portal had stated that the deadline for approval of the Portuguese files was March 9, 2023; - On May 22, 2023, Update #51, I stated that we should not expect to receive the game before 2024, at the earliest. People said that my statement was absurd, that the game would still be delivered in 2023; - On October 19, 2023, Update #57, I said that I was willing to bet that we would not receive the game before 2025; - On December 14, 2023, Update #60, there was no news about the brasilian version. I repeated that we probably wouldn't receive the game before 2025 and that I was hoping I was wrong; - On January 18, 2024, Update #62, two containers with the printed material were supposedly on their way to the distribution hubs, but nothing was known about the Brazilian version. I repeated my mantra that I highly doubted receiving it before 2025; - On April 5, 2024, Update #66, I stated that the updates about the Brazilian version were vague and nothing more than a mere repetition of the information from the previous month. I repeated my mantra that I highly doubted receiving it before 2025; - On July 18, 2024, Update #69, I passed on information from Conclave that shipping in China had not even started. I repeated my mantra that I highly doubted receiving it before 2025; After July, total silence from Portal. No updates. No videos about the subject on the KZbin channel. No useful information for Brazilian supporters. I guess I should have bet that I won't receive this game before 2025. I would have happily lost the bet.

Why is it that your company simply does not learn how to communicate with your customers? Why the radio silence about the kickstarter delivery for Brazil? Seriously this is so frustrating.

I have now received my German Copy. 2 years and 3 months later than you said during the campaign. You justified the delays with additional proofreading and corrections during several updates. I understood that. But now, within 10 minutes I have found 19(!) errors on the German playerboards. What do you as the head of Portal Games say about this?

Oh and the German Gamefound Version is really a pity. How can the translation be worse than the deluxe version released by Pegasus 1 year ago?

I still do not understand how the 3D camp is representing the additional roof levels. First upgrade is obvious but I do not understand how to indicate level 2. There is nothing mentioned in the rule book…

Where are the GameFound Robinson Crusoe rewards? We are still missing them. PG is still NOT delivering. Update: PG is delivering. But the German version is ful of typos.

I (and all my friends) will never buy or back a single Portal games game any more. Sorry, but with all what happend (delays, broken promisses and untrue statements) makes it impossible... The fact that - the german edition - was sold nearly one year ago by pegasus and I did not even - up to today - got an email to approve my shipping address makes this the worst campaign I've ever seen. So no more games from you guys. :(

What about shipments to Spain, Brazil, etc.? What about Gamefound updates? Why doesn't your team respond to followers? It is being a disastrous experience for many people, and what is clear is that buyers are not the problem. facilitate solutions ! I think the discomfort is understandable.

A nice presentation of the extension, can only recommend everyone to try it out. But is this really the video you should publish now? Many supporters are worried, many disappointed and many very angry about the behaviour of you and your company. If you look at the campaign page, the comments section has been overflowing for weeks and months with messages about missing items and the costumer support ignoring every message. The only reaction from you? You laugh at the negative reviews of an expansion and simply continue to ignore the problems as if they were not worthy of your attention. I really expected things to change when you took over personally. Now I'm sure that all the problems start with you. Best regards Former customer

Thank you very much for this nice advertisement for this expansion. I'm sure it's a great expansion. Unfortunately, I and many other backers (e.g. all German-speaking backers from the crowdfunding campaign) have not yet had the opportunity to play it. I backed the game and the expansion on gamefound on 31.03.2021. That was almost 3.5 years ago. I still don't know if and when I will receive my copies. I and the other backers crowdfunded to make sure this game and the expansion were released... Now it's available in stores before I even know when I'll receive my copy - you promote it in this video. No comment in youR promotion video about the current state for the backer. You shouldn't be surprised about negative reviews on BGG about the expansion. Maybe it is not fair to rate it negative because the expansion itself might be amazing, but the reason for anger about this situation is understandable. I think it's worth looking through the comments section of this crowdfunding campaign to get a feel for it. To clarify - This is not a hate comment, just an analysis of the current situation.
