Why does color even need to come into this? Just do your job.

She didn't say she didn't do her job, she said she sometimes questions herself and because there's not many POC in the office, it can be uncomfortable to be there in this white male dominated field. These are PERSONAL reasons. She said I AM enough. I got this. You've never felt challenged at your job and had to talk yourself through a project or task at hand? Especially when given something to complete when you have very little to no experience with something? She said I define this for ME. She is not attacking anybody she works with, but instead concisely breaking down her thought process when she has these feelings while at work doing her job. ❤

@@IndigoMarley ''You've never felt challenged at your job and had to talk yourself through a project or task at hand? '' Yes, but not because I was surrounded with too many blacks or too many whites. ''it can be uncomfortable to be there in this white male dominated field. '' That's a racist statement. Nothing wrong with white men dominating the office. White people conquered and built this nation from nothing. Let's not pretend that POC were the ones that built this nation. We all know that's not true. I'm tired of slamming white people because they're white. I get that it's important POC get equal treatment in our nation but I refuse to do it at the expense of whites. That's woke BS. ''She said I define this for ME. '' The problem is, she chose to slip in there the phrase 'white men dominating'. That's not about what makes her work challenging like stressful deadlines or an overly competitive environment or the technical challenges of her field of expertise. It now become about race. Spare me.

I also use enemas for detoxing my body. A toxic body caused my skin conditions to exist in the first place.
