She didn't say she didn't do her job, she said she sometimes questions herself and because there's not many POC in the office, it can be uncomfortable to be there in this white male dominated field. These are PERSONAL reasons. She said I AM enough. I got this. You've never felt challenged at your job and had to talk yourself through a project or task at hand? Especially when given something to complete when you have very little to no experience with something? She said I define this for ME. She is not attacking anybody she works with, but instead concisely breaking down her thought process when she has these feelings while at work doing her job. ❤

I'm tired of slamming white people because they're white. I get that it's important POC get equal treatment in our nation but I refuse to do it at the expense of whites. That's woke BS.
