This video is great but missed a vital step. Make sure the car seat base is level using the indicator on the side. It can be adjusted with a lever on the side. Loosen to let it slide, then tighten when needle is in the blue.

Mine doesnt pull back when i let go of the seatbelt. Its just loose, with no restraint. What am i doing wrong?

There's a possibility a strap could be twisted or caught on something. I would suggest watching the video again and ensuring all straps are flat and that it's done in a similar manner. You got this! ***Always refer to the owners manual when making any adjustments***

Hey, when the stroller base is folded up does it fit in the trunk of the car? Or do you need to put it in your SUV ? This is our only concern with purchasing

When the stroller is folded up, it fits in both vehicles fine. It stands up nicely in the SUV and lays down in the car trunk. I also found it easier to load in both vehicles with the seat(s) detached. Also, if you get a ride on board, it becomes a bit challenging to load in a car trunk vs. leaving it on in an SUV with no issues. However, it can be detached as well. I hope this was helpful. But on there you explained that we can use either or.
