My experience with berries is that they are too ‘mushy’ and tend to better in smoothies than in juices.

A strainer is not necessary. We just used a strainer to see if we could get even more pulp out of the juice for a cleaner taste.

Goal: lose at least 10 pounds by January 15th 2025 Daily Steps: Breakfast: Blueberry yogurt with granola Lunch- Salmon with naan bread and honey roasted carrots Snack 1: Grapes Snack 2: cheerios and banana or skinny girl popcorn Dinner: Shrimp Alfredo with tomatoes and naan bread Dessert(optional) Yogurt with granola Stop eating at 5:30 Drinks: Green tea and water Weekly goal: Lose 1 pound a week Workouts: Go on stepper and watch a movie-30m Belly dancing-30m Pilates-30m Weight loss meditation-30m If there’s cravings, I’ll allow myself to eat it as long as it’s within my time constraints. I also have one cheat meal on the weekend and coffee on Sundays if I lost one pound. It’s been working really well for me so far! Already lost 4 pounds

If you barely have damp skin when getting out of the shower, then I would say to apply it while you’re in the shower. It seems like your skin absorbs moisture really quickly, so placing the oil on while you are still damp/wet should be helpful. And thanks so much for the compliment!! 🫶🏾

Great tips!! My husband and I sync our Google calendars too and it works wonders. I do need to work on time blocking. Maybe I'll try that this week.
