Just found this game in the PSN Catalog a coupe nights ago. Usually not my cup of tea but it has been so fun. It's actually gorgeous and I love how layered the map is. Love the climbing and exploration. I'm just on normal mode and this boss gave me the work 3 times in a row before I gave up. Thanks for the tutorial!

Shit, I didn't even realize I could hold block and avoid like that haha. Been playing this game wrong. Luckily though I made it to this chapter at age 28, but only cause you can replay the others with skills unlocked. I suppose this is rogue lite.

This final boss is so cheeks it brings the entire game down. Nobody wants a gauntlet mode, complete with platforming section, as their final boss fight. After the highlight that was three bosses leading up to, and the Toshi fight, this final one felt extremely disappointing. Now I have to leave an otherwise great game with a bad taste.

An update must have changed her attack. Cause that “drunken kung fu” move is never followed by that three strike diagnol hit that you say should be followed by 3 heavy hits. Also, how do you rush in to heavy hi? Every time I run in and hit y, I do the stupid leg sweep attempt that never lands.

Best videos on Sifu on youtube. The rest of the boss explanation videos are overly complicated and not helpful.

Ok so I just killed this thing first try. Albeit I did watch a few videos and knew what to look for beforehand but I just did my best to wing it. My palms have never been so damn sweaty playing a video game in my life. I stood up off my couch and yelled yes even though my 7 year old is asleep I couldn’t help it. Just got the game and this guide helped me beat him at age 20.

i find the second phase easier than the first, and i also found it effective and easy to catch her knife throws and throwing then back, and pattying her flash move stuns her easily. But your approach seems more straight forward

I feel like this game is way too hard. Like, the fact that to learn the game I have to look outside the game instead of playing it. Theres not nearly enough tutorial/training for specific timings/dodging/counters/when to use what etc. call me soft all you like but this game is a pain in the fucking ass
