Thanks to all the kind strangers here in the comments. I never knew what anxiety/worry was till I lost my older/only brother spontaneously a few years ago. Maybe it was there but not very noticeable, since he was the calming/helpful voice of direction and reason. Dam the saying is absolutely true, you don’t know what you have till it’s gone. 😢 anyways I guess since that loss for me and the severe strong emotions that follow, I’m thinking that’s what has caused my restlessness and anxiety and stressful days. These types of channels really do allow for some real calming traits. Thanks again strangers/human friends wherever we all hail from! Stay safe and stay blessed ❤️🙏🏼 rip big bro
