Great review of a system that sounds fantastic for its compact size! The LD Systems Maui 5 however has one glaring omission and that's the lack of a dedicated XLR output to allow it to be connected to another Maui 5 in order to run 2 system in stereo or to other systems when more volume is required. The battery powered Maui 5 GO does have a dedicated XLR output. Why LD chose the omit this crucial feature beggars belief. Saying that, if you never intend to use the Maui 5 with other speakers, then it's not an issue.

I learned how nice the locals were, as they occupy half of the side roads with drying rice, and the other half, they place occasional nails for your motorcycle to run over. I thought the first three flats, it was coincidence. One day 8 flats, but the local vulcanizers were happy to take my money. That time when you carry 3 spare tubes and it is not enough.

Got the ld curv 500 last 2017... been using it for karaoke and home tv speaker Pros. 1.) Compact design small footprint 2.) No feedback when using with mic even when facing near the speaker. Cons. 1.) Expensive. (At this price point there is alot of options to choose from) 2 .)bluetooth sometimes work sometimes dont. It started to fail this year 2020 3.)main volume knobs seems to be grounded. just hold the knobs volume will sometimes get louder and sometimes weaker. ( i seldom twist turn the knobs since i have an external mixer) 4.)built in fx is so so. Its still best to use a external mixer. 5.) Not really good for home tv speakers... if your looking for detailed surround sound.. 6.) They only sell Accessories at their main office in balintawak...

LCD screen is working, the sound source can be changed, the card reader can see and play songs, but no sound from the speakers. Nowhere can I find information what to do if LD Systems RJ10 makes no sound.
