You can disable start prehibit function by long pressing status key in programming mode then go to in input and output function then move to start prehibit function and just make all bits 00000 then press enter.

Simple: no cable but loose wires. Due to the vibration and the lack of a cable gland, isolation of a wire scraped of, shorted to the metal body/box of the motor that is ground. So boom..
