Is there any update on the Proposed Dumping yard near this project?. PCMC has not cancelled it yet and if that is setup the prices of flats will drastically go down. All builders in the area are hiding the fact of Dumping Yard.

This area came under RED zone after KVille project only. Please do not invest in this. Also behavior of the staff is very rude. Took 20 days to refund my booking amount.
