Very nice! I want to install irc mgc on my gsxr 1000k1, but worried about stress it can put on transmission especially during downshifts? Is it completely safe on gearbox if installed by professional?

The 1299 is actually a 1285cc engine not a 1299cc engine,same with a R1 and a lot of other 1000cc bikes their engine capacity is actually just 998cc and not 1000cc engine displacement...To answer yoir question the V4 and V4S has a 1103 cc engine while the V4R has a 998cc displacement,I hope this helped :)
