Hi I’m not to certain but you can try Chinese grocery stores. It may not be labeled as Hong Kong Flour, can look for bao flour, flour for steam buns etc

Hi, I see. You can shut the lid to cook the aromatics like garlic and dried shrimp. As for the eggs mix it in and then close the lid. Not ideal. But I hope it turns out ok

U can gently cut a small opening at one corner of the bottom of the tofu box and let some air out. Your tofu will drop out beautifully after u open the top seal :)
