"try to love the questions themselves". "creativity is not always about doing; sometimes it's about simply being." Wonderful observations!

To be quiet and sit with oneself.. i treasure my solitude. How can a person know themself if they’re constantly moving, going, looking for some distraction? Quietness and stillness allow us to be, to notice, to feel, to acknowledge, to see and yes to become inspired! Thank you Tina ❤

I absolutely adore the peaceful energy of your videos! They capture the essence of slow living so beautifully. I’ve just started my own channel about tiny house life and slow living in the countryside, though I’m still small with only 46 subscribers. It can be tough sometimes, but your content gives me hope to keep going. Thank you for the inspiration!

I appreciate your kindness, Julianna. ✨ We all start something at some point, and success comes with consistency and love for the craft. 🦋 I’m more than glad to see more people living a slow life, enjoying tiny moments, and appreciating the surrounding environment. ✨🌷

What a powerful video. Today its almost looked down upon for a woman to have any need. Everyone is hunting for independence from each other and not looking at each others true qualities but instead looking at material things to satisfy their longings. 😊

I appreciate your support, darling. ✨ Unfortunately, not many agree with me now… We’re all human and have our own thoughts and preferences, but I believe being true to yourself, gentle, loving, and caring is what truly makes us women. 🦋 I don’t blame those who feel lost and follow the majority to fit into society.

Wish more people felt gratitude. Unfortunately a lot of us simple ‘expect’ food to be in the grocery store. Thanks Tina 😊

It’s sad to see that food quality is getting worse instead of better (especially since it should be the opposite with all the advanced technologies we have now). Unlike before, when everything was done through manual farming. 🥺 But I hope you take care of your health. 💫🌷

Something I have struggled with a lot lately. The war between the society standards and insecurities pushing us as women towards hard work and mental and physical stress, which goes against our body nature and hormones, and the natural need to soften, lean into, and trust the man's role to provide and protect. Despite the fact that both my religion and culture adopts this notion, the massive media content and negative discourse around how a modern woman should be to avoid failure, heartbreak, and weakness was enough to trigger my insecurities. However, I have forunately made my way out of this mind virus and "societal panicking" and lead a life that fulfills my soul's truth and needs. I am grateful that you are sharing your supporting journey and commitment to always following our souls. You have given me so much power with your rich life and true personality. You have helped me reclaim my lost soul and cease the restlessness and chasing mind. Super Tina and great Monkey! Much health, much wealth, and much love to you ❤

You taught that very well! I coach men with the goal of helping them see how a strong man behaves in his proper role. There are so few examples today. Also, women may sabotage their own interests by micromanaging their partners. It takes trust to let a man grow into his role. He may falter along the way, reopening her insecurities. Thank you for this important lesson. I will use your video as a tool in my coaching if you don't mind.

@@Tinasmemories please if you can share your hair care tips
@Tinasmemories2 ай бұрын
@@AK49D There are so many factors that contribute to hair growth, and I'm currently exploring one approach. For me, what’s made the biggest difference has been maintaining a proper diet-fresh fruits, vegetables, and quality meats. The water you use for showering is also crucial, as is choosing a natural, organic soap like olive or Syrian soap. Sometimes, the simplest things help us maintain balance in our health. ✨ I’ve found that avoiding shampoos and gels with chemicals can truly be a game changer. 🌻

@@Tinasmemories thanks u am 15 yr old and have receding hair line .. thinking of getting my head shaved for good hair but it’s feels bit odd being bald .
@Tinasmemories2 ай бұрын
I completely understand how it feels to be frustrated and unsure of what to do. I've been there too. But in my experience, I've seen real hair growth this past year by trying some very simple methods. Often, we focus on external solutions, but the key is to start from within-when we take care of our inner health, it reflects on the outside. If you can, consider getting a shower filter, as it can make a big difference if the water quality isn’t ideal. I hope this helps in some way. ✨

Since the age of 15, I have journeyed through different countries, cities, and homes, all while working tirelessly toward my goal. Along the way, I sacrificed many of my desires, diligently saving for the future I dreamed of. Now, I’m blessed to share my life with a man who cares for me deeply. We’ve agreed that I’ll nurture our home while he provides for our family ✨. With modest needs, we find that what we have is more than enough 🦋. Thank you another great video and this reminder that one only have one life to live and we only get once chance to love it. There are no do overs. The simple and slow life has been calling to me, being surrounded by nature in all its forms. But how do I start? 😢. Lots of love, Tina ❤.
@Tinasmemories2 ай бұрын
You are so right. Unfortunately, we won’t have another chance to extend this beautiful life, and for me, it’s important to live it the way I want. How do you start? Ask yourself one question: What do you love doing the most? Can that provide you with some sort of income if you move to the wild? What’s your calling? For now, maybe rent a cottage for a week or two, so you can experience that life. Because if you move to nature, there are sacrifices that must be made. For me, it was a whole new chapter, learning how to live from zero. ✨ And don’t be afraid; just go for it, sunshine! 🌻 I have a quote ingrained in my mind: “If he/she can do it, I can do it too!”💫

Losing someone you love is a profound and challenging experience, one that takes time to heal-sometimes more than we anticipate. Yet, it’s so important to keep those cherished memories alive, to speak of the past with your children, partner, or close friends. ✨ The cycle of life has been with us since the dawn of time, and living it in a way that honors our true desires is what matters most. Sending you warm hugs and gentle blessings 🦋🌻

After a nervous breakdown, I was prescriped antidepressants. I have never thought what will happen. They healed my panic attacks, calmed my panic but I became hooked on everything. No more boundaries...with food, shopping, social media, alcohol..2 years of this, I threw my antidepressants. After 3 weeks of hell, I feel like standing in front ouf my doorstep. I want to change. I dont want to be doing this but be independent. You are right, our time is precious I have to use it better. ❤

Sometimes, striving for absolute perfection may not bring the same fulfillment as when you embrace a bit of grace and ease. For when you pour your heart and soul into a task, surrendering completely, and it falls short of your hopes, it can dishearten the spirit. The beauty in imperfection ✨🦋
