The majority of migrants are desperate, sad, but nice people. NYC is actually a very good place for them to relax, think about life, and get stabilized. NYC has a long list of compassionate policies designed to help street homeless, so just keep sending migrants and homeless to NYC, and everyone will be happy.

Fire Department was first to respond. Sometime after they requested PD to investigate that the person was possibly pushed off from an elevated height. I do not know the circumstances that prompted such matter, I guess nothing of the sort was found so I doubt there's an article written on this.
