What are the minimum requirements to play at 60 fps in 1080p, another thing if I buy the ultimate edition pack of plak graphics, does it come with night mode as shown in this video?

A mid end pc will be good... With ultimate edition you will get night mode also.. But for same visuals as in the video you will need reshade
