God damn, what the fuck is an anchor foot? Right and left would be a thousand times easier to follow - the camera already reverses the image and makes it hard to follow. Anchor sounds great, that's all it does.

Can you do a tutorial for a sideways one like this is wheel wall but what about overhead and under legs? Where you swing it overhead like a lasso then put it by your hip as it goes under each leg

I also find that keeping tension in the rope and releasing it a half second after my foot/knee presses into the shot, that it produces a straighter and more powerful shot. Love your videos. Very clear, concise and easy to understand. Thank you and Frank for all the hard work yall do for the community.
