hello , i am sorry to bother you but i have a question about cars in ph, i want to get my wife a car for she can use to help her make money ( i dont have problem helping her) but if i did get her a car and she rents it out to earn money , and if the person(s) who rented it and they wrecked it or hits someone on a bike, who will be held accountable, would be the person who rented it, would it my wife, or would it be me?

Hey Anthony, thats a great question, but honestly i have no idea. That’s a good one to consult with a lawyer and/or insurance company. My own experience with insurance is that while only CTPL (liability) insurance is required by law, insurance rates are relatively cheap (in $ terms) to get extra coverage. Similarly, you can consult a lawyer who can guide you accordingly.. especially if this is a rental business. Good luck ✌️

you just need an ID to buy a car. but to legally drive a car, you need a license (PH or INTL), CTPL insurance, and OR/CR which you can get at LTO

The Province of Pampanga (where home used to be) was a communist stronghold (HMB and NPA). Sulu Province, the MNLF, MILF and Abu Sayaff. Now, peace has finally reign, I can’t wait to visit both places.

Mindanao is a HUGE region where no additional security is needed or required in MOST places. The policy of the LGUs of Basilan and Sulu requiring security for certain guests should be respected while tourism is being developed and lasting peace is being solidified. not sure what the intent of your comment is...
