Thank you so much. It’s been years since I’ve worked out on a bag. Truthfully, to start it’ll help me regain my balance.

Flynn was a relatively short but sturdy, tough, and clever light heavyweight who took on the greatest boxers of his era.[3]

i like your optimistic manner but i remember certain strange fight about which i want to know more and without fast words=36 Loss 25-2-5 (4) Fireman Jim Flynn KO 1 (15), 0:25 13 Feb 1917 Trocadero Hall, Murray, Utah, U.S. Andrew Chiariglione (24 December 1879 - 12 April 1935), usually known as Fireman Jim Flynn, was an American boxer of the early twentieth century who twice attempted to take the World Heavyweight Title without success. He is often remembered as the only boxer ever to knock out the formidable Jack Dempsey.[2][3] Flynn knocked out Jack Dempsey in a first round win in Murray, Utah, on 13 February 1917. Charging Dempsey from the opening bell, Flynn pushed Dempsey into position with his right, and knocked him out with a left to the chin, twenty-five seconds into the first round. Both boxers may have been distracted by a late start to the fight which began at midnight. Dempsey later denied having thrown the fight and said he lost because he was unable to warm up properly before the match and that he had injured his hand earlier setting pins in a bowling alley.[8][9] Flynn became the only fighter ever to knock out Dempsey. Although boxing historian Monte Cox and others have questioned the legitimacy of the result claiming a pre-arranged fix, most contemporary historians concede the knockout to Flynn.[

Jawn sucks the straps are not placed right so the one that fits on the middle of ur crown is all the way to the back so ur head slips thru and ur ears get fucked by the straps

Broke So many bladders got tired of buying them. I know it’s not the actual shape of the bag but I kept the containment bag and I got a seven dollar child soccer and it works just as good or better. Stuck it in your ladder bag fill up with air at one time three years ago after I stuck it in an old white bag new shoes laces in the holes three years outside on my back porch. It reacts just like the bladder
