I may be wrong, but that looks like Roxanne Bruscha. Heard her singing at the Maryland Renaissance festival. We spoke for a while after her performance and when I left, she gave me two of her CD’s free of charge. She’s lovely, and very very cool🫶

Looks like a bit of arm work there. I can’t imagine playing that for a long time- one arm would be very toned. Very unusual instrument that I’ve never seen before. I’m happy that she demonstrated it. She did a fine job, but I want to hear more.
