How do you get good fps I get horrible fps

Its really dependant on whats going on on screen more than anything. You can increase framerate by adjusting settings a bit and if possible lowering resolution, but what will really murder your frames is how much you have built and how many tames you have. Smaller buildings will load faster and spreading out your dinos can help but the more thats cluttered together the worse your frames will be. On our most recent build that I posted a while ago on crystal isles the base itself is pretty but it loads in incredibly slowly now that we have several dinos around.

@@WaylayBrigade I play abberation with my brother we have 3 decent sized dinos, roll rat and 2 megalosaurus. Also 3 small tames. We barely started on the map 4 days ago so our base is super small.

This is a very cool build. I'm not a big fan of how wood walls look in Ark. I might try something like this but use Adobe instead of wood.

I went with wood personally as I was going for a cabana by the sea resort type look but I get that. I forget that Adobe exists at times. If it were any other location I would definitely go with a sturdier material but this location seems free of any threats so far

@@WaylayBrigade I love how you built around the crystal and made it the center of the base. I want to build a museum and fill it with trophies and a bunch of Taxidermy Bases. I think that a crystal in the center of the room would really make my museum stand out. Thanks for the inspiration.

@@perceivedvelocity9914 My favorite thing to do in any survival game that allows building is to use the natural environment to exemplify the structures somehow. When we first spawned in crystal isles and saw these gigantic crystals that glowed at night I was determined to use it as a central piece. That's why the initial start of the video had the ring already, to see if it was possible. Glad you enjoyed it and even more happy to give inspiration!

The plastic texture is normal for everyone it’s ark not the console it happen to this ark KZbin that plays on a very good pc the plastic texture is called not rendering in

Yes, but we were at a point where it never got better. I made sure to wait until the game was done rendering and thats as good as it ever got. That screenshot of the thumbnail was 5 minutes in to waiting for everything to be loaded in properly, never got better than that.

I wonder if there's an option to lock the game to 30 fps so you don't get those 60fps-25fps jumps. This game hammers the CPU and memory on the poor Xbox One. Even the One X is still not much faster at pulling textures and geometry off the hard drive and crunching the data to draw things onscreen. The CPU just doesn't clock high enough.

Glad to be pc gamer, console gamers should consider being a pc gamer way more fps and you literally can get any game rather emulator or brought or pirated.
