A tip from "The Crazy Aced Assassin": place the ball on the left of the tee and play it close to the wood with just enough weight to reach the wall. It will come off the wall at the same speed,

It has never been an issue for me as long as you screw it back and use around 60-70% power. If you hit in the centre, expect half of pack to not move and if you hit with top spin expect to have a mess of a break and few balls next to the cushion.
